2. No cookies, no tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts, images and videos are served from our own site, so visiting it does not send your data to third-party services such as Google Fonts or YouTube.
3. What data we process and why
- When you email us: your name, email address and whatever you include in your message, used only to answer you and, if you ask for it, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: your request and the steps prior to a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider may record technical information about each request (IP address, browser, page requested, date and time) to deliver the site securely and protect it against abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
4. How long we keep it
We keep your messages while we are in contact and for as long as needed to meet our legal obligations. Technical logs are kept only for a short period for security purposes.
5. Who receives it
We do not sell or share your data. The website is hosted on Amazon Web Services, which acts as our data processor. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it is protected by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and request its portability, by writing to [email protected]. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
